The Irken Savior Saga Vol.1
Story By: Andrew Vargas

February 20th, 1989, In Earth time/years, an Irken child is born. "It's a boy" said the delivery machine. Sadly the mother of her newborn son never got to hear those words She died giving him birth. The machine then sent the Irken baby into a cleansing chamber(very messy birth). Not many Irkens give birth. Most are genetically engineered. Some are even killed at birth, to prevent them from becoming a tallest. Such is the fate and horrible secret. The Irken baby soon reached the Irken baby inspection room. Again, to prevent the tallest.

Today there were only six Irken babies to inspect. So the current tallest, Drax, began inspection. The Irken baby who caused his mothers death was the fourth in line. The first two Irken babies were killed, the third had passed the examination and lived. Upon the fourth inspection, the Irken child somehow managed to grab hold of his mothers cloaking device. Of course the machine knew he was there but Drax did not. When he viewed the tube, he told another Irken soldier accompanying him, "this one is empty. . . Fix the machine." The other Irken quickly replied, "y...yes tallest, at once."

The fifth Irken baby passed inspection, but sadly the sixth did not. She was also killed(the sixth Irken baby in line). So the small Irken accompanying Drax emptied the tubes with a push of a button, sending the three babies to their parents.

Irkens have one of the worst ways of discovering if their newborn(s) is alive or not. If they discover their baby pod is empty, they are told that the child's fertilization was not complete. If it's occupied, the parents are shipped off into war or planet conquering, leaving the child to be raised a little bit of their early lives by machines. When the father of the Irken child saw his pod was empty, due to the baby Irken still disguised by the cloaking device, he was shattered. Finding out his lovers death was for nothing and he had no offspring. The Irken father cried and dropped his lovers soldier-pack into the pod. He then configured the pod to blast off into anywhere in space. Just so he could forget it all.Just before he pressed the button, he was assigned to conquer a planet two galaxy's from his current location. He forgot about the pod and took off.

He arrived on the planet, but was soon ambushed. He tried to flee but the was soon shot down by blue-ish plasma liquids(water). The species he was assigned to conquer were the Tinock's of planet Tinochia. A Tinoch soldier inspected the Irkens ship, all she found were weapons and a letter of the Invader Irken lost love. She heard crying. It was the Irken baby. Tinoch's can see heat, but can't see anything cold. She discovered the Irken child was chewing on the cloaking device and was resting on her mothers soldier-pack. The female Tinochian picked up the Irken child with one hand. Trinoch's are incredibly big, fifteen times as bigger as a regular Irken, slightly taller than the tallest of Irkens. The female Tinochian read the letter.

In this letter it was written, "My beloved is dead. She died giving birth, but no child was inside, explaining the empty pod. So I drop my beloveds soldier-pack into the pod where I was to see my child. My child I were to name Opaque, the same name as my soldier nick-name. This letter too I shall send into space with the empty pod where Opaque were to be; as soon as I finish conquering the planet Tinochia. Farewell my love, I will re-name the planet over you, and I will call that day, Opaque’s day. Farewell my love, farewell my child." The female Tinoch decided to spare Opaque and take him as her child. She explained the tragedy to the Tinoch leader. The leader agreed. As long as the Irken child is raised as one of their own, and doesn't know anything of the Irken way.

Eighteen years has passed since that incident. Opaque is now eighteen of course, and in the Tinoch teachings, he is now obliged to travel throughout the universe. Opaque was violent as a young Irken child. He was also the smallest of them all. Everyone who lived in planet Tinoch knew him, or knew who he was. He would always get in trouble, but only because he was misunderstood. He was rude with all the other Tinochs except his mother. She never told him about how he got here, or who his father was. All she told him that he’s the same, just born different due to a recent war. Opaque never questioned that, because he knew his mother would not lie to him.

As agreed on his birth date, he was to never know his ways and to be taught the Tinochian way. He was taught that everyone should be free and have their own will; to protect others and to never harm. And of course, to never conquer, but defend planets in need of saving. Mostly male Tinochians leave their homeland to help other planets, or guard them from invaders. Today, February 20, 2007, Opaque must go to planet Earth; a primitive planet still in development and lack of technology and mentality; in other words a planet which the dominant species are idiots. The planet leader has sent out troops to notify the date the males must all go to their assigned planets. Opaque did not want to leave. He had grown attached to this planet and his mother.

“Opaque, you need to go. It is our ways, protect those in need.” Opaque’s mother told him while Opaque was scouting through his shelter’s window, looking for the troop that will deliver the message.

“No way mom, you’re in bad health, I can’t leave you here. No way no how!” Opaque replied to his mother.

Opaque’s mother knew her death would come this day. She was diagnosed with a disease only Irkens can obtain, but since she had been living with one all these years, she instead got the disease. She looked at Opaque, eager to get him off the planet, she did now want him to know.

“It’s ok dear, I’m fine, it’s just a small fever.” She then threw a pillow at Opaque, but for the Tinochs, a pillow is like a 50 pound rock.

“MOM! Watch where you throw that, I’m not built like you. Remember the first time you did that, you broke my antenna, ironically just like my first date.” Opaque then turned back to look at his mother, making him special armor and a weapon. “What is that your making anyways mom?” Opaque asked.

“Well, it’s your going away present” Opaque’s mother one of the planet’s blacksmith. She was well known for her weaponry and armory.

“What! I told you mom, I’m not going anywhere!”  Opaque shouted at her mother.

“Now Opaque! Don’t shout at your mother like that! I’ve taught you and raised you better, you should know that.” She stopped working for a bit and turned around with her arms crossed, scolding Opaque, then turned back and started to work.

Opaque then walked up to her mother and asked, “What kind of going away present?” Opaque’s mother looked back with her head and said,

“Why, just some armor and weaponry, this armor is very hi-tech, it will go with your other present I’ll soon show you. And the weapon is made out of the planet’s rarest material, trionium. Basically A scythe made of trionium. I know how much you love scythes Opaque, you only tried to make one every time I took your own made ones.

”Opaque was curious what the other present was, but before he could finish, his mother shouted out, “VIOLA!, It’s finished!” She raided her arms in triumph hitting Opaque on his forehead. “Oh! Sorry dear, I forgot you were behind me.”

Opaque rubbing his forehead, “Is this another surprise? It’s all right mom, you were the forgetful kind.”

Opaque’s mother then got up and let Opaque take a look at his presents. “Silly, here try it on.”

Opaque slipped on his armor, it was an overall jump suit, but camouflaged so it looked like he was wearing regular clothing. Then he picked up his scythe.

“Wow, this is great! It’s so light, but I feel I’ll be protected. What’s this?”

Opaque turned his head backwards to look at the back of his armor, and saw the Tinoch’s insignia, but not just any other insignia, his mother’s special insignia. Opaque was tearing from his eyes, ”Thank you mom!” Opaque then hugged his mother. She looked down at him as he was trying to hold in his tears.

“Come Opaque, I have one more thing to show you.

Opaque looked up and dried his tears. “What is it mom?”

Opaque’s mother then led him into a secret room, a room he once stumbled across when he was young, and of course soon scolded upon. When he entered, he saw the same thing he saw when he was young, a spaceship, dark red, but this time, it wasn’t ruined, it was repaired and more roomier.

“This is yours Opaque, your very own spaceship.” Opaque’s mother then hugged him and tossed him inside. “Only you can use this ship, your armor is also designed to hook up to this ship to give you control of the ships arms.”

Opaques mother then shut the ships cockpit opening tight and presses down force onto it. Opaque tried to open it but his mother was too strong. He was locked inside his ship.

“Mom! What are you doing? Let me out!” Opaque shouted at his mother. Opaque’s mother then held out a control, it was the launch control.

“Opaque honey, I’m the troop who’s assigned to ship you. Before I do, I need to tell you,

“MOM! I DON’T WANT TO LEAVE YOU! DON’T MAKE ME!” Opaque shouted as loud as he could. Opaque’s mother just continued.

“Listen Opaque, the truth about you is. Your not a Tinoch.” Opaque then settled down in shock. He was listening now. Opaque’s mother knew the look on his face and continued.

“You see, you’re an Irken. Your father, your real father crash landed here  on an assignment to conquer planet Tinoch. He failed as you can tell. I was sent in to inspect his Irken ship, all I found was a letter and you. I convinced our leader to let you live on, as long as you are taught by our teachings. And so, I promised that I would never tell you but, since you are going to planet Earth, I felt you should know. As you travel through the universe, there you will see the same letter your father wrote and more.”

Opaque still in shock, he finally managed to say something. “So then... I’m not really a Tinoch..., funny, I always knew I was different, but not this different. How gullable I was. Now, I can see. Thanks mom, for telling me.”

Opaque’s mother then let go of the cockpit opening since Opaque now knew he had to go.

“One more thing sweetie, you’re tall for your race due to our planet’s gravity. If I remember correctly, Irkens are a small species and the tall are recognized as royalty of some sort. They are a fierce race, always conquering. Remember, I will always love you.”

Opaque looked at his mother and smiled as he prepared to take off. Opaque’s mother backed away and saw Opaque fly off in his spaceship.

“Mom, thanks for letting me live. I promise I won’t become what my people are. I shall do the complete opposite. “

Opaque then engaged his spaceship into autopilot into direct course into Earth. As he waited inside his father’s ship (which is now his ship) to arrive to his assigned planet, he came upon the letter. He realized he was lucky. He took his time trying to master his mother’s soldier-pack. It took him a while be he got the hang of it; after a hit on the head with the spider legs of his that is.

“2 hours until arrival.” The ship said.

Opaque then decided to take a small nap upon arrival. He looked up and spoke to the computer, “Thanks computer. Say, why don’t I give you a name. I shall call you… Hexental.”

The computer replied in confusion, “Uh… Ok?”

Opaque chuckled, “Heh, from now on, I want you to address me as Opaque, that master bull-crap thing has been bugging me the whole trip.”

Hexental then dimmed the ship’s light and began to conduct a new machine. Opaque was wondering what was going on, so he asked Hexental.

“Hexental, what are you doing?” Hexental did not reply, after 5 minutes of dimmed darkness, there, behind Opaque was a small machine.

The machine was about 3 feet in height; it had two arms, and a big head with big eyes to match. It also had an antenna for control activity.

Opaque stared at the little robot, “Hexental what’s this?”

No reply from Hexental. Just then the robot’s eyes glowed a dark red.

“Minion-robot complete. Hello Opaque, it is I, Hexental.”

Opaque looked at the small robot confused. “Wait so, you made a small vessel for yourself?” Opaque asked.

“That is correct, I shall help you on your assignment from now on.” Hexental replied.

“Well… alright. You look cold, even though you’re a robot, I still feel you should wear clothing. How bout this cloak from when I was young. I can’t wear anymore obviously.”

Opaque then threw his small black cloak onto Hexental.

“Thank’s Opaque” Hexental replied as he put on the cloak. “By the way, were here.” Hexental then pointed onto the blue planet.

Opaque stared at the big planet for a bit and then thought up of a plan on how to stop the invader.

“So, I guess I should just prevent the current invader from taking over the planet, all should be well. I guess I should conjure a disguise.”

Opaque then grabbed his mother’s cloaking device (also his now) and disguised himself as a human.

“Let’s see, I guess I’ll need a human name. Hmmm, Andrew, that name will do.”

Hexental also cloaked himself, but he cloaked himself as a black cat. “How’s this Opaque?” Hexental asked.

“Not bad, in fact it’s convincing. No zipper or anything.” Opaque replied to Hexental as he landed onto the planet. “Now to start a base, I think here by the planet’s learning facility shall do.”

Opaque’s ship then started launched a small pod which inside held his base. Irken technology such as advanced as this only granted to a few Irken military soldiers. Opaque then stared at his new camp.

“Uh, I think I was a little off.” Opaque stared at his camp as he saw it completely missed next to the school. Instead he planted his camp 3 blocks from the Invader. Opaque turned his neck back, “Well..er..uh… Let’s get to work then Hexental.”

Hexental replied with honor, “YES SIR!”

Opaque was frustrated; he couldn't find any clothing that he liked other than his Cloak his mother had made him. Although he finally got a great disguise for his eyes.

"Not bad. Still, I think I need better clothing other than my cloak. Hexental, any suggestions?" Said Opaque.

Hexental ran a scan through internet. "Well, I guess this would best suite you Opaque." Hexetal then teleported clothing another earthling was wearing stripping him only in his underwear.

"Eh, I guess this shall do." There stood Opaque in his new earthling clothing.

He wore a slightly loose black shirt with 4 letter's on it that read FLCL. His black short's were fairly loose as well, but a trendy prism shaped-like belt held them on his waist and they hung as low as to his middle area of the shin. There also inside the shorts pockets was a chain that leads to his back pocket which the chain was hooked on a wallet that had 69 dollars inside. For shoes, he wore black basic army-looking boots; those reached as high and near as the shorts. So there was little to see of his green Irken legs. On his neck was a ringed choker and on his arms were gloves with chains, rings, and hand cuffs that extended up to his forearms.

"Hrm, this feels comfortable, and it looks great. Hexental, mirror please." Hexental then lowered a mirror from his houses ceiling. "Hey not bad. In fact, it's great! Nice job Hexental." Opaque said with a smile.

"Your welcome Opaque, I've also taken the liberty of signing you up for 'High-School', since you’re taller than the smaller humans."

Opaque looked into the computer screen to take a look at the high-school he'll be going to, "That doesn't look so bad, no soldier's guarding the entrance, and no robot's monitoring the sky. What could go wrong?"

Opaque then walked up to the door and opened it half way to look outside, "One of these humans may be the invader in disguise, I should keep a sharp eye for anything suspicious. Hexental, ready my needs for the 'high-school' and monitor the base while I’m gone."

Hexental then lowered one of his robotic arms from the ceiling of his house and handed him a red backpack with common band patches.

"Ok, let operation, uh..., I’ll think up of a operation name for this later. See-ya Hexental."

Opaque then left his house and started walking towards the high-school when suddenly an elementary student with a big head and weird check marked hair-do came up and pointed to him and said, "I'm on to you too! I know you’re not human, your skin is green just like Zim, and that other new girl!"

Opaque looked at the little boy in a questionable face, he then began to ask the boy some questions about Zim and the other green kid.

"Wait, you mean there are others who have green skin like me?" The boy now also had a question-like look on his face.

"Wait you mean you aren't affiliated with those other two?" Opaque then squatted so he could reach the little boy's height elevation.

"Well it seems there is some intelligent life on this planet. I'm no idiot either, I know my lies won't mislead you."

The little boy was even more confused, but he still manage to reply to Opaque, "Uhm, that's right! I think."

Opaque then stood up and told the little boy to meet him here after he got out of high-school. "Trust me human, I'm on your side; just meet me here so we can have a little talk about the other two green people." The little boy agreed, but only because he was curious.

Opaque arrived at the high-school and entered his first class. He was assigned to aid the teacher, the class was called, Service. Opaque's second class was twelfth grade English; there he learned the way of speaking formal. His third class was Science and biology; there he would learn the ways of Earth molecules and chemicals, along with other species that also live on Earth. And finally his fourth class, Geometry. There Opaque had the upper hand, he knew all about Earth math. The martin’s developed math and taught them to the humans once.

After a miserable day of being isolated from everyone else, and being picked on, Opaque walked to the spot he told the little boy to meet him. As he walked up to the street he could see the little boy there still waiting.

"Then again, to trust someone you just met is kinda stupid." Opaque thought to himself as he walked up to the little boy. Opaque snuck up from behind the little boy frightening him, "Great you made it!"

The little boy with a startled face replied to Opaque, "DON'T DO THAT! Anyways, I'm also curious on what you said by, "I'm on your side." So what DID you mean?"

"Well, before I go on, do you have a name?" Opaque asked politely as he was mannered by his mother.

"The name's Dib, what's your name?" Said Dib.

"My name's Andrew, as for my real name I’ll tell you in due time. How about we talk about what we need to inside my house? I promise I won't do anything funny."

Dib looked up to Andrew and nodded his head in agreement. Opaque then told Dib to stand beside him and then Opaque pulled down his right glove which underneath the glove was a small communicator disguised as a watch.

"Hexental, warp us to the base."

Dib and Andrew were soon warped, Dib was amazed on how Andrew did that and the inside of his base, which looked like an ordinary household. Opaque then looked at Dib and then told him to make himself at home. Opaque then grabbed a chair and then he and Dib began to speak.

"Ok Dib, how about you tell me about yourself and what you know of the other two green kids, and I'll tell you about myself and why I'm here."

Dib agreed, and so he began to tell what he was asked to.

"Well, my names Dib and I live with my father Dr.Membrane and my sister Gaz. I major on paranormal activities. No one believes me Zim's an alien bent on taking over Earth and everything else I tell them. I'm usually always picked on in a way. Now about Zim, he's an alien who's bent on taking over Earth. He knows that I know. Recently there was another green alien who enrolled into our school. I don't have much info on her except her names Tica I think. Zim lives not to far from where you live. He lives in a small house with gnomes that guard it. He also has this little robot disguised as a dog; I think Zim calls it, Gir. That's all I can tell you on Zim, so what about you, what's your story?"

Opaque then began to tell his tale. "Well my real name's Opaque, but my human name here is Andrew Vargas. I would like if you notify me by my human name while I’m in my disguise. Oh yes! You don't know what I look like, before I go on, how about I dress into my alien form. I'll be back in just a sec."

Opaque then walked down into his room which was the basement. It looked like any ordinary teenage room. Poster's on the wall, messy carpet, a bed, a cabinet filled with the same clothing, a mirror on his door, and a lamp hanging on the middle of his ceiling. Opaque then undressed himself of his human disguise and put on his cloak. As he walked upstairs into the living room, he saw Dib looking around, looking for something suspicious.

"Heh, lose anything?" Dib then turned back startled thinking up of an excuse. "Nevermind." Said Opaque. Dib then looked at Opaque and was shocked.

"YOU LOOK JUST LIKE ZIM! Except your taller, and your antenna thingy's are a little crooked. And you’re not an idiot."

Opaque looked at Dib and chuckled, "Heh, so Zim's an Irken too eh? Ironic, I guess that means so is Tica."

Dib then returned to his seat but his stomach grumbled. "Hey do you got anything to eat around here?"

Hexental then popped up from the floor. Dib was surprised and slightly scared when he saw Hexental pop out from the ground, as well was Opaque, which caught him in surprise.

"Here you go, tacos and a soda." Hexental handed the tacos and soda to Dib and Opaque.

"What is that?" Asked Dib.

"Oh, this is my computer/robot Hexental. He aids me on this mission and is my only friend really."

Dib then looked at his drink and taco to inspect if there was anything funny about them, he tasted the taco and drank from the soda. They tasted like any regular taco and soft drink. He then looked at Hexental.

"So, your only friend is this...robot?"

Opaque laughed and took a bite out of his taco. "Yes. Is that wrong? Ha ha, anyways, let me continue on my story."

Dib then began to listen and sipped from his soda's straw. He then shook the cup that made a sound of ice cubes rattling inside, notifying Hexental for a refill.

"So where was I..." Opaque went on to tell his story. After hours of talking and pints of soda and pounds of tacos, he was finished.

"So, your not really here to take over Earth like Zim?" Dib asked with a confused-shocked look on his face.

"Nope, in fact I'm here to help you in a way. So, will you be my ally in my mission?"

Opaque and Hexental looked at Dib waiting for his reply. Dib was just sitting there with his hand under his chin, he was questioning if he should trust Opaque.

"Well alright, besides you don't seem like a bad alien. And from your story, you also sound like you’re the only good Irken."

Opaque smiled and shook Dib's hands in glee. "Splendid! Here Dib," Opaque then handed Dib a watch similar to his, "This watch will allow you to contact me and enter my base without being harmed by Hexental's security system. Though I must caution you, if you are to betray me, the watch will malfunction shocking you and would have to erase your memory. Though I doubt' that will ever happen."

Dib then looked a little frightened by the consequences of betrayal, "Does it have to be a shock?"

Opaque laughed, "Well it could program it to an explosion, but I assume you want to keep your arm. Well Dib It’s getting late, I'll resume into going into school learning your ways while you keep an eye on Zim and Tica. Oh and don't mention me at all, I'd like to have the element of surprise towards them."

Dib then nodded his head and agreement and left the house. As he walked to his house, he thought to himself. "An ally into saving the human race and it's their kind. Then again, he could be lying. Though I gave my word to Opaque, I'll keep a close eye on him as well."

"Shit shit shit shit shit shit! I'm going to be late for school again, Hexental, next time you do a maintenance check, be sure to re-set the alarm clock for me or at least wake me up!"

Opaque argued as he dressed up and grabbed any food he could find on his bedroom floor. It has been two weeks since he had arrived on Earth and already he has adjusted to the human’s ways. Having only made one ally and not been discovered by the other two Irkens, Opaque, with his human disguise as Andrew, lives a normal average human teenage boy life. As usual, Opaque and Dib walk down the same road to discuss their findings and a little more socializing. Though today was different, today something unexpected happened. Instead of the usual departure of Dib going to school and Opaque being left to walk alone to high-school, Opaque was caught up on thoughts of his past young life at Tinoch.

He wonders what has become of his friends and his mother. Why fate has chosen him to survive and not any other individual. In basic terms he wonders if his life will be nothing more than a mission. Opaque has a bad memory, like a loose string tied onto a puppet, his mind seems to drift on and off and suddenly switch feeling. As he arrived onto school grounds, Opaque thought today would be different; he would try to make a new friend.

During his first period class as a teacher aid, he was assigned to take over the classroom as the teacher went out on an important teacher errand, but Opaque knew that was code for stress relief therapy and 10 minutes in the janitor's closet with some random female faculty member.

"Well, since Mr.McSpanky has gone out on an errand, he has left me in charge. Mr.McSpanky has already left you an assignment on the board, you are to read chapter's 3-5 and write a quick summary of each chapter along with your thoughts of the chapter and what you think what will happen in the next few chapters."

Of course that’s how it would have sounded if Andrew said that. Instead he stood up in front of the class and panicked. Luckily the class wasn't paying attention, Andrew sighed in relief and walked his way over to the teacher's desk to sit down and grade papers as he was assigned to, but instead he just wandered off on the computer surfing the internet. About 4 minutes into the class without McSpanky in class, there was a knock on the door. The class got quiet and began to start on their work, as for Andrew, he walked up to the door to answer it. Behind the door was a skinny, tall female with cute big purple eyes and long light sky blue hair bangs with the remaining hair a deep transparent-like purple; on top of her head, a black top hat with a horizontal black and white checkered pattern right above the shade providing area. She wore a black shirt that would cover her fairly large breasts but not enough giving her cleavage. And under that shirt regular blue faded jeans with black sneakers. She held two books with her arms crossed around them that read English and History.

Andrew just looked at her like every other female human and asked her what her purpose was. The girl gave Andrew a quick angered glare and then smiled and handed him a transferal slip. Andrew grabbed the slip and read it, on the slip it read that this girl is a new foreign exchange student from Irkenania, a country he had never heard of; no surprise since he is new to the planet and didn't question it.

Andrew looked back up to the girl’s eye level and said, "Right, well the teacher isn't in right now, I’m just his aid. Follow me into the class and I'll introduce you to the other students." Andrew then turned around and walked back into the class with some of the students looking at the girl following behind him. Alright class, this is a new student by the name of," Andrew looked at the new student’s paper again to try and make out her name, "Kat.., well her last names seems to be smudged. Anyways she's a foreign exchange student so she may not know much of our language so welcome her as an ordinary student."

With that said, Andrew asked Kat if she wanted to let the others know a little more about herself, but they both knew it would be a waste of time since the whole class wet back to being destructive. Andrew thought to himself as he and Kat looked at the classroom.

"Stupid humans, but I don't blame them, they are primitive after all."

Andrew then told Kat to take any available seat and walked back onto the teacher’s chair. Just as he sat down there was another knock on the door, Andrew had an annoyed face and his right eye twitched. So he walked up to the door to answer it, as usual the class resumed their work that was assigned. It was Mr.McSpanky, he had come back from his errand and with him was a bottle of poop soda. Apparently he went out with other teachers to eat at the teacher's lounge. Andrew welcomed the teacher and notified him of the new student and pointed at her, but when he pointed at her she saw her looking out into the sky, as if she was looking into space. Andrew then walked back to the teacher's chair and started on his paper grading while Mr.McSpanky got into resuming his lesson for the day, the bell rang shortly after.

It was nutrition time, a breakfast for the school if you will, and Andrew sat as his usual isolated spot from the school eating his sandwich he had snatched before leaving the base. As he ate he also conducted plans on how he could expose the other two Irkens. As he drew down his plans, he saw someone at the gate, it was Dib. Andrew quickly got up and secretly approached Dib.

"Opa..er..Andrew! I have some important news you should know about." Said Dib to Andrew.

Andrew sarcastically replied back, "You mean important like the time you thought Dracula was hiding in the girl’s bathroom?"

Dib just glared at Andrew and continued with his rant, "There was this new student who checked into our class, but the weird thing is, she was tall and looked no where near our age, just about your height. She had light sky blue bangs and long purple colored hair. She was a foreign exchange student, but apparently she mistaken the elementary school with the high-school. What I don't understand is, how can a teenager mistake schools that easily?" Andrew looked at Dib and was surprised to find out the same person he was talking about was the new student that checked into his first period class.

"Dib! That same person checked into my first period class. So...nothing strange really, she was just misguided. Anyways, and new information on Zim or Galatica?" Andrew asked Dib.

"Nothing really except Galatica blew up the science lab and I threw a muffin at Zim." Dib replied with pride into his last few words.

The bell rang just as Dib finished his sentence, and Andrew said his goodbye to Dib and ran back to his spot to grab his things, but when he got there, his plans were gone, and his half eaten sandwich. Andrew was angry and assumed it was someone trying to pull a prank on him. So he let it go and rushed to his second period class. After another boring mundane day at school, Andrew decided to go to the schools lab and conjure some experiments of his own. Upon arrival, he saw Kat inside mixing chemicals, but beside her things, he also saw his papers.

"YOU!" Shouted Andrew directly at Kat, "You’re the one who took my papers! And my sandwich!"

Kat slowly turned around taking a final bite of Andrew's sandwich and turned back into her experiments. Just before Andrew could do anything, Kat's explosion erupted from the beaker and spilled onto Andrew's face and top section of his body burning is disguise. Andrew yelled in pain as the chemicals burned through him and a little of his skin. Kat quickly turned around in Andrew's cry of pain and saw him cover his left eye which revealed most of his disguise.

"That's what you get for not wearing any protective eye wear." Kat then turned around and again returned to her experiments.

"You...you...you..." Just then Andrew collapsed onto the floor unconscious. Kat turned around this time angered but found Andrew on the floor face first. She saw him and his green skin. She was worried the chemicals may have burned his skin cells or may have mutated them. With further inspection, she knew that Andrew was like her.

"Intruder alert, intruder alert! Seek and destroy!" Out alarmed the machines notifying the other Tinoch soldiers. The Intruder was a tall female Irken who had tried to sneak into the Tinoch's military base since the previous assigned Irken had failed to conquer the planet; she decided to find a weak spot but ended up triggering the defense system. Bzzt, squirsh, splish, were the noises the Tinoch's weapons made as they shot at the Irken. She was hit several times but still managed to escape. Injured, the female Irken did not know where to go; her ship was too far for her to get too and was being hunted down. She gave up all hope and collapsed on the floor in the abandoned laboratory in Tinoch's sector six areas.

Opaque's class was on fieldtrip that day and had wandered off just a little after the alarms were triggered. He was locked in the same room as the intruder though did not know. He walked around waiting for the doors to re-open when suddenly he heard a scratching noise. It was the spider legs of the intruder. They were scratching the floor slowly; they were reacting to the intruder's pulse. Opaque saw pool of blood all around the intruder; he knew she was in critical condition. Opaque was taught well by his mother to always help those in need. He approached the unconscious stranger slowly and began to heal her wounds. The intruder woke up to find she was inside a tube with her right arm and left leg gone and part of her right torso as well.

"Ah so you’re awake, you must be strong to recover quickly like that. I had to clean you up a bit, you were very bloody on the floor over there," Opaque pointed to the spot the intruder had fallen on. "Try not to move much, the tube your in is slowly trying to re-pair your organs cells. I'm not too good with these machines but it's the best I can do."

The intruder then fell unconscious again due to the pain. Opaque knew there was nothing he could do to re-attach her body parts, they were greatly injured and he had no idea how her body anatomy worked. He was still puzzled why she also looked somewhat similar like him. Green skin, big eyes, and antenna. The only thing Opaque could do was attach her mechanical parts onto her missing body parts nerves and use the skin from her detached body to disguise it. He knew this would be a hassle and decided to turn the abandoned lab in sector 6 into a small base.

There he spend a week making the body parts from Tinoch technology and attaching them onto the intruder. Opaque was very smart when it came to technology, he majored when it came to technological stuff. All the intruder could do was watch and speak to Opaque as she lied down on a bed. She had tried many times to escape but they all resulted into failure. Opaque would always be one step in front of her.

"Ok, it's done. I know you don't like me but I hope you appreciate what I’m doing for you. Now if you don't mind I need to inject this chemical into your blood-stream." Explained Opaque to the intruder, but the intruder tried to reject him. She was too weak and ended up being injected. She awoke up on the same bed again, but this time she felt as good as new, but also felt her new body parts.

"What did you do to me!?" Yelled out the intruder.

Opaque smiled and said, "I fixed you. See if you recall, you were shot down, bleeding in critical condition, I saved you and fed you and kept you alive. And as you can't see but feel, I've attached mechanical parts onto your missing body parts with the very same skin. Though you feel it now, I promise you won' notice in about a month or two. A very hard task but no thanks are needed."

The intruder stood up moving her new arm and leg, twisting her waist to get used to her partial new tarsal.

"Thank you, now release me, I must be going." The intruder said, but Opaque just laughed and replied to her.

"You’re not going anywhere. I hold here the remote to your new mechanical parts." The intruder was not surprised. "Here, this is yours." Opaque said to the intruder while handing her the control's to her mechanical parts. " I do not like controlling others. Not my style. As for your release you are granted to go. As for me, I think I’ll be going home."

The intruder was shocked. "You are a fool..."

"The names Opaque. And yours?" Opaque interrupted.

The intruder blushed in embarrassment. "You’re a fool Opaque, as for my name, I think I owe you so I’ll give you the liberty of living and knowing my name." The intruder jumped onto a small platform by the window, "The names Kat, be honored, and thank you." Kat then used her spider legs from her soldier-pack she had secretly gotten back while Opaque was speaking. "Heh, not bad, though I do wish she would have stayed."

"Wh...where am I?" A dazed and weak Opaque said.

"Your in my home." Replied Kat.

"You! Kat! Wait, my disguise!" Opaque panicked and jumped out of Kat's bed.

"Don't worry," Kat walked up to Opaque, "I know your an Irken, your the same one from planet Tinoch correct?"

Opaque had a shocked face, "Your THAT Kat!?"

Kat smiled and replied, "Yes. I'm so happy you remember me." Kat then sat next to Opaque and got close to him, "I never did get to formally thank you for saving my life."

Opaque blushed and stepped away, "Wait, why are you on this planet!? What's your purpose here!?"

Kat then got up and walked towards Opaque cornering him and got right in front of his face and answered him in a sexual tone, "To help you."

Opaque blushed even more and his shorts became tighter. He pushed Kat onto her bed with him on top of her. Kat blushed and closed her eyes awaiting a kiss. Opaque then used that opportunity to jump out of her window shattering it into small sharp pieces of glass. Opaque escaped and ran on home; Kat was tricked and grunted with a lovey dovey face. Opaque arrived at home still embarrassed, gasping for air, and shocked to see Kat here on Earth.

"What's going on here? What was she trying to do. She seemed a lot different from the time I found her. What could have possibly changed her?" Opaque began to think many more thoughts about Kat and what had happened while he was Unconscious. "Hexental, grab my cloak and ready the ship, I need some time to think." With the order's given Hexental did what he was asked. As Opaque slowly drifts in space he wonders what fate really does have in store for him.

+ Side Chapter, Ch.IV - Jackers! +

As he rested in his ship, wondering on what was going on, the alarms went off. "Hexental, why the alarm?"

"Opaque, a space ship from the planet Jackers are moving in." Hexental replied as he readied Opaque's battle armor and brought up a screen of the ship.

"Planet Jacker's you say. Well, technically my job is to protect the Earth from being conquered or some sort. So them destroying the planet for their Sun is also non of my concern, but still, the humans do have potential. All right, engage space combat mode and notify Dib."

Just then another space ship appeared already attacking the Jackeranian ship, it was an Irken ship.

"Now I wonder who that could be." Opaque asked himself as he approached the Jacker's ship.

Opaque helped battle the Jacker ship with their small army beside them. It was him and the other Irken ship against the small army. Opaque was hit many times but nothing Hexental could endure, as for the Irken ship that was shot down and crash landed onto the Jacker's main mother ship. Opaque finished the remaining ships and saw that the ship didn't really crash but landed recklessly. Upon closer inspection, Opaque saw it was a female Irken. He decided to land on the ship to help her. Upon landing he was ambushed by the female Irken with her spider legs.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! I'M HERE TO HELP YOU!" Shout Opaque to the female Irken.

"Sorry, I thought you were one of the Jacker's." She then let go of Opaque and dusted him off with her spider-legs. As she walked closer to Opaque she fell to her knees in forgiveness. "My tallest! I am so sorry. I did not know."

Opaque had a confused look on his face as he finished dusting himself off and remembered that Irkens were ruled by taller Irkens.

"Uh.., it's ok."

The small female Irken then stood up and smiled in relief. "Thanks for the help earlier. My names Galatica, are you a new member of the tallest?"

Opaque looked down at Galatica and was a little surprised to see her there.

"Uh...how about we stop the Jackers first?"

Galatica gave an embarrassed look, "Eek, your right!" So Galatica and Opaque entered the ship and managed to stop the Jackers from stealing the Earth.

"Hexental, ready the ship for a return to Earth." Galatica turned around as she finished tying up the beaten up Jackers.

"Earth!? Wait why are you returning to Earth, as in why are you there? If I may ask my tallest."

Opaque gave another confused look at Galatica because he forgot again what the tallest are and how they are highly respected. "Oh! Uhm, va..ca..tion? Yeah that's it, vacation! I'm on vacation after being assigned as one of the new tallest. Anyways, why are you here?" Said Opaque.

"Didn't the other tallest inform you? Well I was assigned to keep watch on Zim, a mess-up to the Irken armada, because.." Galatica paused.

"Because...why?" Opaque tried to get Galatica to finish her sentence.

Galatica knew that the new tallest did not know she was punished and had a bad record for trying to steal the Irken Imperial Gem, so she made up a lie.

"Because I volunteered." Opaque gave a questioning look at Galatica as he looked down on her. Galatica began to sweat as she thought he wouldn't buy it.

"Makes sense I guess." Said Opaque with a smile.

Galatica smiled as she got away with the lie.

"Well, you do your job as I relax here on Earth. I hear this planet is famous for its snacks." Hexental soon arrived outside of the Jacker's ship waiting for Opaque to board. "I'll set this ship to auto-pilot back to the planet Tinoch. At least this was we can somewhat repent for our past troubles. Nice meeting you soldier Galatica."

Galatica then bowed in front of Opaque and smiled, "My tallest, may I ask for your name?"

Opaque turned his head around as he just finished setting the Jacker's ship into auto pilot. "That names Opaque. Just call me Opaque when were not near the Irken Armada or on the planet Irk." Opaque smiled as he answered and soon walked to the hatch to board Hexental. Galatica soon also boarded her ship and gave her farewells to Opaque, then went in ahead into landing onto Earth as Opaque stayed behind.

"Hexental, get me Dib on visual."

"Yes sir Opaque. Dib is now on visual contact."

"Dib I have some important news, the female Irken Galatica, known on earth as Tica, is on our side. Apparently she volunteered to keep Zim from leaving Earth."

Dib had a crazed look on his face, "WHAT! You mean she’s supposed to keep Zim on Earth!? Well, I suppose we can do the same, until we find a way to expose him."

"Yeah I guess, well it's been a long day for me, I'll be landing on Earth shortly." Opaque replied and then ended transmission between him and Dib.

"Hexental, I think it's time I go visit planet Irk, but to do that, I'm going to need some help."
